Helllllooooo!!! I wanted to write to you guys to express how amazing Michelham Priory was and what a great first experience Ben and I had! Both being Most Haunted fans we did have high expectations of what would happen and it was just as we imagined. Every part of the night was fantastic and we are both are still buzzing wanting more! The night was scary but in a fascinating way and true paranormal activity took place. I did think that I wouldn't want to speak out or try anything because I was (being honest) scared but I seriously felt I was the teachers pet wanting to be involved in every single activity. In the Moathouse was amazing, the table tipping and the Ouija board was extremely freaky when we got communication from a Edward Birdston who told us to "run away" from Thomas Sackville and that, I quote, "he is the devil"... even more scary when "you are going to die" was spelled out! Cold shivers and heart thumping moments to tapping responses and noises of a male spirit communicating through the walkie talkies made Michelham Priory a place we both want to return too!!! No more going out for us, Ghost hunting is the new "cool thing". Again thanks to you all and see you soon!! Rose and Ben

Wymering Manor, 17th April 2010

Hi there, You asked us to email our thoughts to you regarding our time at Wymering Manor Saturday. Well what can we say other than OMG!!! What a brilliant night we all had. We have been on several ghost hunts with other companies but not as good as this one. Your team were professional from start to finish, although Dave's jokes were a little corny. The fun approach by you all kept the energy going all night and we all witnessed quite a lot of activity, the haunted staircase freaked me out the most... We can't wait to go back to the manor and have already decided where we are going next, the Guild Hall. Thank you UK Ghost Nights for an all-round great night and experience. The Moat House, 10th April 2010

The Red Lion Pub, Sandiacre, 5th December 2009

Red Lion last night - just wanted to say what a good night we all had with a lot going on. The Team organised an excellent night, led very confidently by Andy and Matt. Some amazing table tipping especially the table that blocked us all into the upstairs room; also the use of the Voice box was intriguing. As at Rothley recently I got very strong results using a pendulum and I ended up being looked after by a lovely man called Jack, who Andy saw beside me in one of the rooms. The scariest part was when me, Paul, Matt and another lady went down in the cellar and we didn't get much at first so we moved to a different part and sat on some barrels and the was a deep groaning noise about three or four times right close to me and Matt asked out "Can you say Hello?" and it did and we all screamed and left rather hastily. All in all it was a good night so I can't wait to book something with you guys again in the new year! Dena A

Hi Dave & James & rest of the team. First I would like to thank you for a lovely evening. The whole evening was entertaining & very active. It is the 1st ghost hunt I have attended, where the event was light & full of laughter. It was a refreshing change to the others that I have done. Everyone there made everyone feel so welcome and also a part of it all. What was brought to my attention, was my lack of confidence on doing trans work, (due to some bad experiences)that I spoke with my mentor today at Mansfield Spiritualist Church & it is something I am going to get more training on. I thank you for the experience of being in a wonderful place, with exceptional people. I do know that I shall be telling all my friends & colleagues to not bother with other companies & book with your company instead. Hope to attend another event in the future...Dawn xx

Michelham Priory, 7th November 2009

Hi Dave its Charlotte Sumner from Sarah Brashers group, just an email to say thank you for a great night Saturday at Michelham Priory. We all had a great time and really enjoyed it. We def want to do something like that again and I have been looking at the website where you have lots of events coming up, this time Sarah needs to come as well as Nat who was in labour! I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the Michelham Priory ghost thing. I am so sorry I couldn’t make it but I was my best friends birth partner and she went into labour at 4pm on the Saturday and she didn’t have her until 5am in the morning, by which time I was pretty shattered!! But the girls have all said they had a great time and would like to book with you guys in the future, and trust me I will be coming next time!! Hi Dave, Dan & Tracy here, just wanted to say thank you for last nights event we really enjoyed it. We have been to Stanley Palace before with another company but have to say we found your event the best. Both of us saw and heard things we couldn't explain and loved it when you did that trance thingy, hope you're alright it looked so scary. Hello UK ghost nights team, we have just got home and are still buzzing with I don’t really know what. This was our second ghost hunt & we loved it. We were scared, excited and curious about what might happen. Lots of things happened around us like shadows moving, taps and the table tipping was amazing. I did think someone pushed it a couple of times but when it shot away from us no one pushed it, a bit scary, actually very scary. We enjoyed the energy workshop, can you say thank you to Sheryl and Andy for us they were so professional even we were laughing… sorry…. Grand Central Railway, Rothley, 26th September 2009

Had a brilliant night last night at Rothley railway station on Saturday. There was a lot of activity especially when we investigated the stairs and also in the staff room. We did glass divination in the staff room and heard tapping in response to our questions and we all about jumped out of our skin when a spoon moved completely on its own, especially freaky. My group heard moans an groans and footsteps down at the bottom end of the tracks near the empty carriages. At one point the entire group heard a shuffling noise come from inside a carriage and one member of the group saw a figure inside. All my group felt and picked up on different energies all night. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole night, thank you. a brilliant bunch of people to work with. Gail x

Loved last night at Rothley most of the group felt and picked up on something. Whilst investigating the stair case we had stones thrown at the windows and a had lot of good tapping. Whilst investigating further down the track with the older trains we heard more tapping and scraping noises and a few lights were seen. One member saw a figure run across the track and a few screams came when an irritating owl came to say hello lol. A few groans were also heard by most members. All of the group noticed what looked like a figure stood at the end of the station platform. The staff room was a very active room, everyone in my group felt touches, heard noises and even had things thrown towards them. We got a good response from glass divination (is that even the right word lol) whilst taking part in a Ouija board in the waiting room. We had a good connection to a little boy asking for help and also a few personally messages came through for various members. All in all a good night holly xxxx

Falstaffs Experience, 15th August 2009

Hi James, just a quick email to thank u and the other members of the Ghost Nights team for a fantastic night last night. We have been on these type of events before but found last night particularly good as u allowed us to investigate the rooms on our own. We experienced several bangs, taps and shuffles and while sat at the top of the stairs by the plague scene we whistled and had a whistle returned twice. A few members of our group were sceptical but had no explanation for the whistles! Once again thanks for an enjoyable, mind opening, thought provoking evening. Kind Regards, Stephen.

Hi I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at UK Ghost Nights for the brilliant time I had at The Falstaffs in Stratford upon Avon. We had so many things that we could not explain happen to us, things were being thrown, tapping, unexplained noises and lights. All the staff were helpful and helped us have an enjoyable night, the cost also helped, as it was a lot cheaper than the others on the market at the moment. Hi Dave, Just wanted to say what a great night we had at the Red Lion in July. It was our first ghost hunt and wasn't quite sure what to expected, we had watched Most Haunted lol.. If you can't remember us we are the 2 that screamed every time something made a noise. We found the whole night fascinating, you and James made us feel at ease even when we were scared when the table started to move in the forgotten room, we won't forget it in a hurry !!!! Woodchester Mansion, 3rd July 2009

Just wanted to thank you all for the event on Friday at Woodchester. It was amazing, we have all been talking about it since. The experience was fab especially the tapping up on the third floor. I think it surprised you as much as us. If you ever consider doing Woodchester again in the future as one of your events, we would all definitely be interested in coming again. Also thanks for the ticket at the end of the night. I am planning on coming up to Tamworth to make use of it. I just want to see how many I can get to come with me before I confirm my booking. I have attached the photo's I took on Friday, some are better than others. Lots of Orbs in most of them. I hope you, Dave & Matt enjoyed it as much as we did. We were very impressed how organised you all were considering there were only 3 of you. It all worked really well with the schedule. The last time I did Woodchester with another company, there were lots of crew but no organisation and it was rubbish, we were left to our own devices all night and did not get an opportunity to use any equipment. Hyde Town Hall, 20th June 2009

Dear James, I just wanted to say thanks for a brill night at Hyde Town Hall. Me and my mates all really enjoyed it. Phil and Wendy both saw shadows moving on the balcony in the hall and I saw some strange lights flickering in the same place. We all thought that the Mayors Parlour was very weird - especially when we heard the knocking when Dave the Medium was calling out questions. Ye Olde Salutation Inn, 5th June 2009

Hi Dave and James, just to say thanks for an EXCELLENT night at the Salutation. My husband and I had a truly incredible experience. We could not believe our eyes when we saw orbs of light in two of the caves. We heard some rather strange sounds in the front downstairs room. We were quite impressed with the table tipping upstairs, both having our hands on the table and neither of us could work out how it was moving so erratically and it really did seem like it was moving itself. There was no way that anyone was pushing it because all the others were resting just the very tips of their fingers on it. Having been on several of these nights with other companies, we felt that your whole presentation and organisation was second to none, this was by far the best event we have been on to date. Thank you for a most enjoyable night on Friday. Early in the evening 4 of us went on the 3rd floor, we heard someone in a room, went in asked if anyone was there (no living persons were in there lol) 2 sets of foot steps were heard above us, walking heavily along, we thought there was another level, but there wasn't and that it was someone walking along, as me and my friend walked the footsteps followed us above out heads. Later it was confirmed by you that there is a very small flat roof above and that there was no one up there. Sue W

Fantastic Night Friday, thank you to all the UK Ghost Nights team. We found The Moat House a very interesting place. Downstairs in the room in front of the bar we were table tipping. Someone started touching my right elbow. My left hip started burning which spread to halfway across my stomach, then my left knee went warm, I felt at ease, I sensed a small child/person was sitting on my left knee, I did not feel afraid at any time. The small person found it difficult to move the glass but loved rocking the table very fast and I sensed the laughter and fun they were having. Lynne

Wow what can I say, my mate and me went on this event as total sceptics; we came away as believers in the Paranormal. Your medium Dave was so helpful in the way he explained spirit energy and we found it fascinating to watch him work. We both can't explain what we sensed in the loft rooms, I was definitely touched on the shoulder and when the cupboard door opened on its own Mark cra**ed himself!!! I must also say thank you to Sheryl and Matt for showing us how to use dowsing rods, there were so patient with the group. But I must say I'm still on the fence on whether I moved them or it was a spirit… We have just booked on another event with you guys, thank you. Ian T

What an amazing experience this was! Having never done anything like this before I came with an open mind just to see what happened and was thoroughly fascinated by several events. We had several goes at using a glass to contact spirits and were successful on the first attempt - although the spirit didn't seem to like a member of our party! Although we tried again in two other rooms it didn't work unfortunately, however this just served to convince me that the first time wasn't a sham. I really enjoyed the energy workhouse and will be buying my own pendulum to use - I may even bring it with me on my next outing with you guys! My favourite part was in the tower and hearing the raps of 'Emily' the small girl. As there were only four of us in the tower and no-one was moving at all, this was the most intriguing as the raps seemed to move - I feel she liked you the best James! All in all, a fascinating night which didn't frighten me at all (I wasn't sure how I would react to what I believed to be paranormal activity) I can't wait for another one - mailing list joined.
