Join the Scottish Ghost Nights crew as they step back in time to investigate the oldest building in Glasgow and seek the Provand’s Lordship Ghosts. It is considered to be the Jewel in the crown of haunted locations in Scotland and rarely available for public ghost hunt events.
Provand’s Lordship was built in 1471 and is the oldest house in Glasgow. It is one of only four surviving medieval buildings in Glasgow. The “auld hoose” is furnished with a fine selection of 17th-century historic furniture and royal portraits. Step back into medieval Glasgow with a visit to this fascinating building.
It is no surprise that a building of such age as Provand’s Lordship is no stranger to paranormal activity. The kitchen area is said to be haunted by the ghost of a lady who was a cook who is quite territorial over her kitchen. Paranormal activity is said to stem from her great dislike, to having her space intruded by all and sundry. There has also been reported sounds of horse drawn vehicles outside and knocks and sounds of doors being battered.
So what will we encounter on this very special night as we investigate the Provand’s Lordship ghosts? Join the Scottish Ghost Nights team as they embark on a very special night of spooky exploration….
