James Beauchamp James, originally from Hertfordshire, has always been something of a enthusiast when it comes to the paranormal world. At the age of about 5, he experienced the apparition of a young boy, dressed in Victorian clothing, carrying a tea tray. An image that has stuck with him ever since which triggered a life long fascination with all things Ghostly. Putting it down to being very young, and not being certain that it wasn't a dream, James remains on the fence when it comes to his beliefs.

On one hand he wants to believe - and has had several hard to explain experiences in various Haunted locations around the country, but on the other hand, he will do his very best to disprove what others might consider to be Paranormal activity. Often, on events, when guests present their digital cameras with "Orbs" evident, he's the first to say "It's just a bit of dust in the air", (with a smirk usually!), but he has on several occasions questioned his own perception when confronted by "ghostly" phenomena.

Although he won't admit it himself, several people have said that James is sensitive to the Spiritual world we live in, but he usually puts it down to good guess work! He has been known however to have performed some pretty impressive Psychometry - (picking up on peoples spiritual links through an item of their personal belongings e.g. a wedding ring etc), but even he was surprised at his accuracy and, despite providing several true facts about the subject for whom he was giving the information, he put it down to being an impressive fluke!

An ever enthusiastic adventurer, James is always willing to boldly enter "That dark room that no one wants to go in because it's just too dark and scary", and after dozens of Ghost hunting events has had his fair share of fear - but he usually just laughs it off afterwards and feels a bit silly!

He is always keen to visit a new location and enjoys working with guests on UK Ghost Nights events, helping them use specialised equipment, including EMF meters and Dowsing rods. He also performs the Energy Workshops on the events, demonstrating the principles of Auric energy.
